Realistic pay scales for w2k MCSE

I am looking for any ideas or sites on realistic pay scales for IT people who are w2k MCSE. Specifically those with 2-3 years experience in IT. I’ve found a few sites on the web but generally they seem outrageously high. I am in the southeast area of the country. Say somebody interviewed for a PC administrator/network technician position with 2-3 years of solid experience and recently had their w2k mcse, what might be a realistic scale for them and why? Thanks!
