Receiving Internet Email

I’ve just put my Exchange server on-line and have some problems receiving email for domain A, but can’t seem to receive internet email sent to domain B. I’ve contacted the webmaster at Domain B, and the MX record points to my mail server, but I can’t receive any email expect what’s received from local Exchange users.
