Recent Version Arcserve Troubles

I am extremely disgruntled with Arcserve 7 for Netware, and would like to make sure that CA knows it. I know I am not alone, but wonder how many visitors here might have concerns and/or thoughts on whsat to do next in this regard. Besides load thesoftware back in the box and send it to some CA VP.
