Recommendation for NT scripting book

Hello all, I’m looking for a book, on perl, that will teach me the essentials of scripting for NT automation. I have been working on the administrative side for quite a while and do not have a background in either SQL or programming. So it’s going to have to be geared for a novice. Your recommendations are appreciated.
