Recommended Metadata scrubber for Office and PDF files?

I’m looking at a program called iScrub, but I’m sure there are others.

I know that Office has the ‘Document Inpsector’ as part of Office 2007, but I am looking for a solution for both PDF as well as doc/xls files.
