RECOVERING DATA

dears,
i’ve westerndigital HDD with 250GB and it’s SATA it partioned as C,D,E,F … c=10GB , D=30GB, E=97GB and F=97GB. when i was useing the program (Paragon partion saver) under windows with boot cd i used the optinon defragment in this program any way when i reached to 80% somehow my computer restarted and when i get entered windows it never open this partion and showed me massege said ( invalid enters ) i used many programs to solve this problem like partion magic and western data life guard and they ddin’t work..there’s noway except formating and i did..i need to recover my data again when i used recovering software like recover4all and easyrecovery and many software they didn’t work .. i see the problem in the table of this partion and in the enteries how could i recover my data again…
NOTE.
i never overwrite in this partion till now and it formated NTFS
