Red Hat Linux and Adaptec AIC 7896 SCSI

I need help! I’m trying to install Red Hat on a IBM Server class PC with on board Adaptec AIC 7896 SCSI Controller card.When i boots the pc with the cdrom ,the initial installation screen occurs and after that it stops at “Loading SCSI Driver” box with the message Loading aic7xxx driver. No one has been able to help me, including Adaptec and Red Hat. I tried to download the driver but it did not work.I am not able to understand that how to install this drivers and make my further linux installation.Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!”
