Red X when viewing images/logos in Signature/Emails – outlook

Hello…

I have a user who is seeing red X’s when he is viewing images or a logo in a signature in outlook. This has something to do with security in outlook? Can anyone help me resolve this for my user? Please let me know. I will google too. Thank you in advanced for your help
