redhat6 & netgearFA310TX ethernet card

I have tried evreything to get this card to work with redhat6. It works with redhat7,Caldera2.4,SuSE7 and Mandrake7.2.
Have downloaded drivers, compiled kernels, everything, still refuses to regonise card. I download the drivers under SuSE then copy the files to redhat6.
I know I can use all of the above, but I want to use redaht6 to experiment with.
