RedHat7.1 Display Problems…

I am having problems with my display on RedHat7.1. Since installation the display is sort or squashed to the left of the screen and stretched off the top and bottom. I have been told that I need to check Xconfigurator but I dont know what I should be looking for in the config. My video card was auto-detected fine during installation (GeForce II MX)so I do not think that card is a problem. Please bear in mind when you answer this question that I cannot see the top and bottom 2 inches of the display. PS it is the same whether using Gnome or KDE desktop.
