Redirect Documents and Settings folder

Currently we use Citrix Metaframe at our company. At present the users documents and settings folder on the terminal server is on the root drive. Is there any way for me to move that to a seperate drive to save disk space? I have implemented home folders, and the home folders seem to mirror the documents and settings folder, but I am still unable to get the system to stop using the default path of “documents and settings/%User Profile%”

Any help on this would be appreciated.
