References in Excel

I am using a name manager i found online to get rid of unwanted links and names in excel work books and it works great, except, every once in a while I get an error because when I select R1C1 notation to clean ALL links and it says that reference t1, t2, and t22 have to be renamed to switch out of R1C1…Any suggestions as to what t1, t2, and t22 or how to stop this would be helpful. I have tried renaming, but it doesn’t always work.
