Reg key to empty IE cache on exit?

There is an advanced option in IE5 which empties the cached internet files when the browser is closed.

I need to find the registry key that this maps to.

The option is called “Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed” in IE 5.01, maybe different in earlier versions.
