Regaining access and deleting information

I would like to ask the lovely community to offer assistance providing the opportunity to regain access to my other account happymfqfq@gmail which happened 5.30 gmt 17th march. Coincidentaly, During this time my son and I were led in to situations and conversations which we would not like recorded. Its is also linked to my Facebook account. I would like any information sent or received, recorded now deleted and removed during 17th March 5.30 pm gmt timezones until I regain access to these accounts.
