Registry

Bill Detwiler wrote this article “Make supporting Windows 2000 Pro easier with these handy registry tips.” I fond the key on page one, and I was able to get to step two. But step three I was unable to make it happen. Is the instructions incorrect? Or am I doing it wrong? Help.
