Remote Access Connection Manager (R A C M) Problems

Hello ladies and gentlemen.

I am back with some problem.

I’m running windows xp professional on my box(client) in a domain windows 2000 native mode environment. Unfortunately everytime this system starts it gives the messages in the event viewer that “R A C M can’t start coz it could not create buffers. Restart the computer. Access is denied”.

How do I handle this error? Is it so necessary for this service to be running?
