Remote Access setting to dialin 2000?

Hi,

I’ve installed win 2000 server as standalone server & want that my users dial in to the server using win 2000 pro / win98 / win95 etc system to access their e-mails remotely.

I need the step by step setting for both server side & client side for this remote access.

If anyone also can help me to send any link regarding this then I will be very thankful.
