Remote booting withNT 4.0 server

I have a domaain environment with windows NT 4.0 server as primary domain controller. I haave installed NIC cards with boot ROM in all work stations. I have started remote boot servics successfully on the server. I want that all work stations (with no local hard drives) should boot fom the server. And they should boot to windows 95 or 98. But it does not work. Some body tell me what to do. I know that this is possible. but so for unable to do that on my test network
