Remote Connection

I have a win 2003 server at my office with a leased line and a windows xp with sp2 with a dsl line at my house i want to log in from my home pc ( securely ) to my office server to do some routine changes at the server front. What is the best manner of getting connected. Any software that i can buy or available let me know…
