Remote Desktop with Domain

I would like to connect one of my workstation using remote desktop but i have trouble in domain. We have WinServer 2003 and i connect workstation using username, password and a domain name.

Each time i log in it prompting me about local policy.
How can i use remote desktop by logging in with a domain name.
