Remote Downlevel Document?

I have a NT 4.0 SP5 print server with 30+
printers connected via TCP/IP and DLC and shared trough ethernet network.
Recently I’v been having problems with
this mysterious Remote Downlevel Document that appears in allmost every prinjob sent to printers. Actually there is two remote downlevel documents
by each printjob, and think these docs correspond to spool- and shadow-files created by NT. The problem is: the RDD “hangs” and blocks every printjob below it. It stays in print queque for approx. 1-4 minutes according to size of the actual print. How do I get rid of these annoying files??? Anyone????
