Remote Network Password change

I am looking for a solution or third party tool which would prompt a remote user accessing his mail via outlook express(IMAP to exchange server) to change his network password when it is up for renewal.
The user is off premises and connecting via the WEB using a third party ISP.
Please can anyone help.
