Remote printing to VPN user

This is my second time posting this:

We want our remote users (VPN), to be able to print to their lpt printers at home or hotels, from our UNIX-based system.

The existing problem is that their IP address is dynamic and there is no way to set up their lpt printers in our queue using dynamic IP’s.

Is there a solution to this? Using Unix or NT? What are you, VPN admins, doing?
