Remote Procedure Call(RPC) service fault

when RPC service is disabled for a hardware profile how can i enabled it from console.
(i have only one hardware profile)

i can’t do it from /administrator tools/services
because the properties window of any servies can’t displayed when the RPCservice is not run.
