Remote Removal of Applications in Win2k

I was wondering if anyone has found a good solution to say remotely uninstall and application from a win2k server, I have terminal services on some of my win2k servers and sometimes the service gets corrupted and I cannot connect, most of these servers are remote I am looking for a way to uninstall a service say terminal services then reinstall it ??
