Remotely Changing Administrator Password

I need to remotely change the local machine administrator password in 433 PC’s. The problem is we have 2 different passwords and I want to change it to 1. I will be using Remoteware 4.0 to dial a modem for each PC. Can this be done without knowing the password or knowing both??
