Remotely connecting to users PC and stopping them from disconnecting you

I have about 130 users and need to connect to their PCs remotely to do PC Audits as well as help desk problems. I currently use RDP, Remote Assistance or VNC. However, they can disconnect the connection at any time. Is there a software out there that will allow me to connect and they aren’t able to disconnect me?
