Removal of Blank Folders

I have had one of my servers at school “hacked” for want of a better term by someone who setup an ftp server on it. I have managed to stopwhat they were doing but I cannot delete a whole load of folders that they have left behind. I have tried to use both the RM program from the W2K resource kit and Norton Commander to delete them but without success.

If any one has any ideas or suggestions I would appreciate them.
