Removing all properties from a photos?

I am looking for a program. I would prefer it was free, but pay OK also.

That will remove ALL infomation from a photo taken with a digital device (cell phone, blackberry, digital camera, etc.)

So I can send it clean to people by email and not have them ask questions about all that info that shows up with a photo.
