Removing Cache Roaming Profiles

We’re using a Samba server to authenticate our win2k users and using roaming profiles. The locally cache profiles on the local machines were being removed properly until we decided to install a Samba patch which broke every thing. Well we revertedback to the old version before the patch and now we can’t delete the old profiles left over from the patch version. Each time we try to remove the profiles, we get “Access is denied. The source file may be in use”. Any idea what is causing this or how to remove these profiles…
