Removing Entries from the right click context menu

I would like to remove the “set as background” option from the right click menu when i right click on a picture. I would like to see this removed any picture file type, tiff, jpeg, etc.

i’ve found how to removed this option for thumbnails but when the picture is opened i can still use the option under that menu.
