Removing IE7 Add on Creates Printer issues

Removing the Google Toolbar has created a problem printing from IE7. The system now says that a printer must be added, but when attempting to add a printer, none can be found.

My printer works from all other programs, but not from IE7 since I removed the add-on toolbar. I also cannot print PDF’s from IE7 and get Adobe error messages when I try.

Honestly not sure where to start.
Where would you start if you had this issue?
