Repair and Uninstall Enterprise 2007

I have two Problems.

First, I have repaired the program using the CD before, but now when I load the CD it does not provide me with a Repair option; it only either allows me to Install, or to view the disk contents.

Second, I need to uninstall the program on my old computer, and then install it on my new one. However, the program does not show up in my Vista Add/Remove list, and I cannot find an Unistall program in the Office files.
