Repairing XP Home – USB Input Support Problem

Repairing Dell Dimension 9150 from full install CD. USB keyboard/mouse (no PS/2 avail this model) not activated.
Message appears RE: driver not passed Windows Logo testing . . .
I can’t dismiss as have no input.

Any suggestions?

Note: Had issues with using std PS/2 keyboard/mouse (w/adapter) with this PC, and had to use USB Dell KB/mouse supplied w/orig system.
