Replacement for Non-Distributable Acrobat Reader.

Adobe has removed the offline installation of Adobe Acrobat. They expect everyone to either install on-line or request a distribution license from them.

I am looking for an alternative PDF reader / Printer that I do not need “written permission” to install, every time I reload a computer or prepare a new one.
