Replicating New Users From 2000 Server t

I am in a mixed domain of WindowsNT and Windows2000. When I add a new user in the NT domain (NAL), the user then replicates to the 2000 domain (CORP). But, when I add a user in the 2000 domain, it does not replicate to the NT domain.

Shouldn’t I be able to add the user in the 2000 domain and have it replicate throughout?
