I am in need of some assistance in creating technical documentation for two different projects.
1. We have been hired to facilitate an RFP process and to provide a non-biased opinion of all the responding vendors. I have looked at sample RFP’s but have not found a format or document structure that would fit this need.
2. As a result of the preliminary findings in the RFP we have been hired to do a Feasibility Study. I am having a hard time finding a format to fit this need as well.
What I am looking for is a document outline to follow and some examples of information to place in each section of the outline.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
