Resetting Administrator Password in Windows 2000 Professional

Hi,

I have got a windows 2000 Professional System in which i have to Reset the Administrator Password because the person who was working in our organization has keft without giving the Details,
so is there any way to reset the Admin Password without formatting or Reinstalling the OS
