Ok, I have a question. I’m getting ready to resign from a company. This company has treated me pretty bad as well as prior person’s before me. In the last 4 months 13 members of management has left. (the majority with no notice, just left)
Here’s my delima. One, I don’t need a reference from this company, as I don’t plan on coming back and I know I won’t be hired back, Two, I’ve already accepted my other position, Three, I got cheated out of my profit sharing the first qtr as the company decided to downgrade my level without me knowing about it.
In my resignation letter, what I would like to do is put in an agreement for two weeks notice, 8 hours a day 5 days a week, that they pay me in addition to my regular salary, an additional $3000.00 (which is what my profit sharing should be) or they get one day notice.
I’ve talke to several people and they say this is not an outrages request and that many people are now doing this.
What are your comments?
