I am the Internet Leads Manager and IT Admin. for a medium sized Real Estate Brokerage Firm in Chicago. Recently my firm hired a web developer to redesign our site. Since I am one of the only web savvy people in the office I have been responsible for “training” the agents. I have been met with extreme resistance. The main concern is that our site requires that consumers register themselves before accessing detailed property information. I see this as a benefit, because it leaves a “fingerprint” for us to track and hold on to. The agents as well as my superiors feel this is not effective. What is the best way to address this situation?
