HI I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for resource and project planning software? I work in a small team that work on multiple projects that we would like to map out clearly and assign resource to. I need to also be able to split tasks between resource, so each task may be assigned to multiple people, however they wouldn’t necessarily both work on the whole task. For example, for a task that takes five days, one person may work on that task for the full five days but another person may only work on it for three days.
I just need a very simple tool that will allow me to map out these projects and visually see (using colours) which tasks different people are assigned to.
Does anyone have any (ideally free) recommendations at all?
