Restore an Exchange 2003 cluster backup to an Exchange 2003 standalone server?

We have a two node Exchange 2003 active/passive cluster that we backup using Veritas Backup Exec 9.1. Let’s say the cluster burned to the ground. Could I install Exchange on a standalone server and give it the same name and ip as the cluster EVS and restore the full Exchange store backup to the standalone server?
