Restoring an Exchange 2010 Mailbox That Has Already Been Moved to Office 36

We are in the process of migrating from on premise Exchange 2010 server to Office 365. We currently are configured in a hybrid setup so that we have some users on Office 365 and some still on premise Exchange 2010. One user’s mailbox I moved to Office 365 almost a month ago says that some of her inbox folders did not migrate over to Office 365 even though when I checked the migration report in Office 365 for her mailbox migration job, it did not show any errors or skipped items.

We were using Symantec Backup Exec 2014 and tried to restore her original mailbox from there but backup is not reliable and unable to restore. Is there a way to recover from the on premise Exchange 2010 recovery database? Our on premise Exchange database is still the full original size even though I have migrated 90% of the users.
