Restoring E-mail to Outlook 2003

I have a fellow employee who has a new computer, she wants the thousands of e-mail that she has amassed over about 3 years and to be moved to her new computer.

How would I move the Outlook 2003 profile to the new computer without losing any data? I did this a few weeks ago with Thunderbird, and it worked but it was a real pain moving everything, and even after replacing the profile I still had to move in the trash, and sent files into the programs one at a time.

I am not a Outlook user, and never really have been so this is something that I missed when recovering e-mails for myself. Does Microsoft make it easy to move a profile from one machine to another?
