Resume Tips??

I’m currently looking for a new job and need some resume tips. I’m using alot of the online resume systems such as monster.com,computerjobs.com. I’m getting my resume viewed but no responses. I was wondering if I could get some good tips on how to get responses. I have 5 years in the IT field and currently work at a fortune 100 company. What Am I doing wrong??
