Retrieving address book from Lotus Notes 7

Hi All,

I’m new to Lotus Notes and today I help one of my colleague to setup her new PC. I have 1st copied her old program files\lotus\notes\data to her new PC prior installing the Lotus Notes 7 but however when I login to her ID using the new PC, we cannot c any contacts in the address book while the rest of the function is working fine.

Is there anyone who can help me on this please?
