Returned Mail via Exchange

Hello All;
I have a unique problem. Running Exchange 5.5 (sp3) on NT 4.0 (sp6a), is there a way to not have any mail “bounce” if user is unknown? For example..A user send a mail to jim@company.com. There is no “jim” mailbox. We would would likethis mail to go straight(not a log file)to administrator@company.com, and have the sender receive NO notification that there is no such user. MS has told me (and I think it was a pass off) that exchange can not do this out of the box. I need to know if anyone has any patches, fixes, or codes that might help me out.
