RF interference between 2 radios

We have 2 radios operating in 2.4GHz spectrum and radios are DSSS/OFDM technology compliant. One radio is in fixed location and other is in mobile equipment (farthest distance would be 2miles & shortest distance would be 300mts. We have no issues if both the nodes are in farthest location. The issue is where ever the location may be the ERP at mobile radio antenna remains same and only variant in this application is DISTANCE. Now if the radios are in shortest possible siatnce and operational what will be the impact on RF waves will there be any interference.
