RFP Formats

I need to develop 2 seperate RFPs for a telecommunications consulting contract I have for a small company moving into a new building. One will be for telecommunications equipment, namely a pbx switch and voice mail, and the other one will be for a small structured cabling system. I would like to find appropriate rfp templates or boiler plates for these types of rfps.
