RH 7.2 doesn’t allow me to mount my ATAP

Well, since I couldn’t get RH 6.2 to mount the Zip, yesterday, I bit the bullet and bought a Boxed version of RH 7.2. Although the installer recognized that it was there, I can’t mount it, manually or through X. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
